Ok, a few things...

Our gathering is likely to be a lunch, because Justin (and maybe a few others) has to book in on the evening of the 26th. However, the rest of us who are free can still find something to do after we have this lunch. Ie more than one option can technically be satisfied (Mark can have his sunset and eat it too), although monetary costs may prevent this from occuring.

Extract b: Sean's freedom of movement (or partial lack thereof). I would like to ask if everyone could take this into consideration when deciding a venue? Yes...

In the end though, we'll follow the option that gets the most votes. Hope that is alright with everyone.
